Pre Fall 2026: The Start Of A New Season

Pre Fall 2026: The Start Of A New Season

A change in season doesn’t happen overnight. Pre Fall 2026 was created for the weeks in between, when summer begins to fade, the days become cooler and getting dressed starts to shift towards layering, texture and more considered pieces.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve introduced the collection across three releases, each building on the last and gradually setting the tone for the season ahead. This Sunday marks the fourth and final release of Pre Fall, completing a collection designed to bridge the gap between the warmer months and the arrival of autumn.

The Collection

For Pre Fall, our focus was on creating an adaptable wardrobe for changing weather. The collection brings together lightweight layers, knitwear, overshirts, outerwear and everyday staples that can be worn now and continue to work as temperatures begin to fall.

Fabric and texture play an important role throughout. Soft knits, marl finishes, brushed textures and considered woven fabrics bring more depth to a neutral, autumnal palette of brown, oatmeal, charcoal, navy, stone and muted seasonal tones. The result is a collection that feels distinctly new season without moving too far ahead of the weather.

Layering sits at the heart of Pre Fall. Lightweight long sleeves can be worn alone now and underneath heavier pieces later, while knitwear and outerwear offer an easy extra layer as cooler mornings and evenings become more frequent. Rather than designing for one particular moment in the season, each piece has been considered with the months ahead in mind.

Among the key pieces from the collection, the Lando Crew Neck Knit Sweater has become a standout. Arriving in Brown Marl and Oatmeal, its understated texture and versatile colour palette capture exactly what Pre Fall is about, an easy layer that feels right as we move towards autumn.

Outerwear has also taken a leading role this season, with the Iver Trench Coats becoming another highlight. Designed for the unpredictable weather that defines this time of year, the Iver offers the kind of transitional layer that can be thrown over lighter looks now before becoming part of a more layered wardrobe later in the season.

Together, pieces such as the Lando and Iver represent the wider approach behind Pre Fall, considered clothing designed not just for a launch, but for the way wardrobes naturally change as one season moves into the next.

Pre Fall In London

To bring the collection to life, we took Pre Fall to London, using the city as the backdrop for our latest campaign.

Moving away from a traditional studio setting, the shoot captured the collection in the everyday, styled across the streets and architecture of London. At this time of year, the city reflects the same sense of transition that inspired Pre Fall, as summer begins to fade, layers return and autumn starts to make itself known.

Knitwear, outerwear, relaxed trousers and seasonal shirts were styled together to showcase the collection as a complete wardrobe, built for the changing season.

As Raith continues to grow, we want each collection to tell a wider story through the clothes, locations and imagery that bring it to life.

The Final Chapter Of Pre Fall

This Sunday, the fourth and final part of Pre Fall arrives.

The final release completes our introduction to the new season, bringing the last new pieces into a collection that has developed across four chapters. From lightweight layers and knitwear through to more substantial outerwear, each release has moved us slightly closer towards autumn.

But while Pre Fall may be coming to an end, the season itself is only getting started.

As the weather continues to cool, our attention turns fully towards Autumn 2026. Over the next couple of months, new autumn collections will continue to arrive at Raith, introducing warmer fabrics, richer textures, heavier layers and new pieces designed for the colder days ahead.

Pre Fall has been the introduction, a first look at the colours, fabrics and approach that will define the months ahead.
