UK Next Day Delivery is free on orders above the value of £100.

ORDERS PLACED BY NOON WILL BE DISPATCHED SAME DAY.

ANYTHING PLACED AFTER NOON WILL BE SENT THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if you choose to add a phone number to your order. 

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

ALL DELIVERIES ARE ON A SIGNED FOR SERVICE AND WILL NEED TO BE ACCEPTED BY SOMEONE AT YOUR CHOSEN ADDRESS.

**DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR PARCEL IF IT IS DAMAGED OR OPEN** 

If your parcel has been opened/damaged and any items are missing, but you have signed for it we cannot refund you or replace any items. 
Please refuse the parcel or sign for the parcel as damaged and we can then take this up with the courier.
